Hello. I was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences or if anyone have any idea as to why my head moves involuntarily during meditation?
It's not anything frightening or painful, it's actually a cool pleasant feeling. But when I sit to meditate my head starts to move by itself and sometimes I can ask myself a question and my head will nod yes or no. Also I have a lot of whirlpool vortex type of energy activity moving around my Third Eye and Crown Chakra area; even during waking ours. It's a really cool feeling and when it happens I can actually take that energy and send it through my whole body, when I do that I literally hear my muscles make a cracking sound inside my body as if I am cleansing myself or repairing myself. I know this sounds a little weird but this is how I can best describe it.
So when I began to learn that I can control this (vortexy)energy inside of my body, I got the idea that I can transfer my energy into other objects as well. For instance. The other night I went to my mothers home, she was lying in bed with tears in her eyes because her tooth was hurting so bad. Before I could think about it my mouth sounded the words(I Can Heal you Momma). At the time I didn't know what I was getting into, but I did not question my ability, for I could not see my mother in pain. She looked at me and said, well come heal me, heal me son. I didn't expect her to say that, but I walked to the edge of her bed and put my right palm against her forehead. I told her to just focus on receiving energy from me. I admit that I didn't know I what I was doing, but I had faith. I told her to close her eyes, I closed my eyes as well. I started focusing my on consciousness on my Heart Chakra and feeling the love radiate from within me as I had a conversation with the Divine in my mind. I thanked the Divine in advance for the healing and I actually began to feel this loving energy flow from my heart to my right arm, and out of my right palm onto and into my mothers forehead. I kept my hand there for about a minute as I focused on feeling her with love. Afterwards, I slowly removed my hand from her head and slowly backed away from her bed. Mother lay silently staring at me. By this time I'm thinking I have just made a complete fool of myself. Not just in front of mom, but my step father was in the room as well. After a few seconds of staring in silence, my mother raised her hand and signaled for me to come closer to her. I didn't know what to expect so I eased closer. Come here she said! And as I got close she grabbed my hand, pulled me to her chest and gave me the biggest hug. I don't know how you did it, but my tooth has stopped hurting she said. WOW, completely blew my mind and theirs as well. And she hasn't had any pain in her since.
After that I have done the same process with my son, by stopping his head from hurting and also with my cousin by stopping her from coughing badly. They both claimed no pain almost as soon as I was done. They all just kind of stare at me when I'm finished. As if they are surprised but freaked out as well.
So with this energy I'm feeling inside, I wonder if I'm channeling or if my higher self is trying to communicate with me or what? I don't want to claim to be a healer or to be channeling but I must admit that I have been doing some pretty amazing things lately. I just want a better understanding of what's taking place with me, so if I am gifted I can get proper training and be a better service for others.
Also when I look in the sky or at the space between me and an object it appears as if there is a clear wavy consciousness in front of me. I also see blackish energy in the air as well. Not like an evil spirit or anything, more like a small wavy smoke greyish clear energy. Again non of these thing frighten me, but it is new to me and I would like to hear the input of someone who could have an idea of what's taking place with any of these subjects I've listed here. I have no one that would understand me in my world so I'm asking my loving spiritual community for their input. Thank you in advance
Dec/25/’12 Man needs art and science working together to bring healing to an individual, environment, family, company and our society; in other words with our balance between or physical being and our spiritual being. Long experienced had with many people has given me some basic facts regarding increasing our sensitiveness to know who to help reinforcing his/her magnificent protective energy field. There is indeed something amazingly appropriate when we use the next statement: the energy of a thing. Most of our current issues that we face today have to do with our great lack of understanding the basic principles of energy. Everybody is used to see something to believe in it in spite of recognizing its invisible effects. Modern man has forgotten to nourish his chakras with high spiritual energetic food, correct thinking and most importantly to use his hands and mind to stimulate this great spinning-emanating energy fields effectively. Ancient man was wise to understand fully these sacred principles, but now with a much more polluted environment we need to reinforce these ancient esoteric exercises if we want to function well in life. The little time spent observing myself, family members, coworkers and students have taught me that our emotions play an important role in our lives. Our universe has always followed some cosmic laws. These cosmic laws have helped man and nature to continue existing. For example the fact that it is full of powerful energies and because of the manifestation of these energies is that we experience some side effects of human emotions. We, human beings cannot live without emotions because thanks to our emotions that we are capable to grasp the effects on us, our planet and Mother Nature.
We need to express our creativity on a healthy daily basis. And it has been due to our chakra reactivations that man has found the perfect formula to be happy by doing what he loves and also by loving what he does. It is so simple that is always right in front of our face. The more conscious we become regarding appreciating energy the better prepared we will be to face and solve many problems at all levels. Prem Jan. Prem means love. Jan is a form of Hebrew, John. John the most beloved disciple of Jesus, hence his name has become a symbol of disciplehood.
Love is the most essential quality, the fundamental quality, without which nobody can be a disciple It is easy to be a student -- it needs no love, it needs only logic -- because the communication between the teacher and the student is from head to head. It is verbal, intellectual, logical. The teacher simply imparts information and the student accumulates it in his memory. There is no question of love. Love goes not arise between the teacher and the student, hence the relationship is impersonal; it is not a relationship at all. It is very formal.
But to be a disciple is totally different. It is not something formal. It is a commitment, it is involvement. It is becoming part of the master. It needs not communication from head to head but a communion from heart to heart. The verbal part is not that important. The non-verbal part is far more essential, because the master is not a teacher, just as the disciple is not a student. The master has no information to impart to you, he has something far more valuable: he wants to impart a transformation to your being. It is not a question of accumulating something in your memory, it is a question of a dying and being reborn.
The disciple disappears into the master, dies in a way; leaves the old identity, forgets all about his past and renews himself totally. It is a new beginning, a new birth. And without love it is not possible. Only the miracle of love can make it possible, otherwise it is impossible. Being a disciple means falling in deep love without any motive, for no ulterior end because love is not a means to any end; it is an end unto itself. Once love has started flowing then the master can trigger a process in you which can bring light, which can bring bliss, which can bring truth, which ultimately can bring god. It is a tremendous journey.
Sacrificing His most precious of sons, the avatar of peace and goodwill, Jesus Christ, by making Him appear in this world, the sheep herder of souls eternally engages in this most wonderful of services.
Carrying the scriptures in His crowned heart, His words transcendentally supports the weak and frail hearts of countless generations of born and unborn souls.

Simultaneously following and leading others down the trail of Unmanifest Spirit-hood, the creation of souls exists in order to fish them out from the manifest worlds of ghastly sufferings and sorrowful tomorrows.

Spirit of Love, Creator of Life, Divine source of All, Ever present and eternal Help me to understand the death of the innocent. Help to heal those who are grieving the loss of this miracle that once filled their lives.
Teach us forgiveness when we see no reason to forgive. Open our eyes that we may see that death is not limited to the flesh, but also to the qualities of mercy, patience and love when we forsake these qualities in times of confusion, grief and anger.

Student: What is Jealousy and where does it come from?
Teacher Alain: Jealousy is a feeling. But, there are no feelings with no thoughts. Thoughts give nature to feelings. A negative feeling takes if negative nature from a negative thought. A positive feeling takes its nature from a positive thought. This is very simple to understand. Jealousy is a feeling with a nature. This nature is from a thought of jealousy.
Student: What is this thought of jealousy?
Teacher Alain: Thoughts crystallized in feelings are called beliefs. The word "Crystallized" means "Frozen". Beliefs are frozen thoughts. The thought of jealousy is a frozen thought within your subconscious mind or heart.
Student: How did the thought of jealousy get into my subconscious mind in the first place?
Teacher Alain: Every thought enters the human soul through perception. Perceptions are interpretations. The way you interpret things is the way they will look to you. The way they look to you is your perception. Jealousy comes from the way you perceive yourself. It's the same as the way you interpret yourself. This self-perception has become a frozen thought or a belief.
The Student: What kind of self-perception led to the frozen thought of jealousy?
Teacher Alain: The answer is very simple. If you subconsciously perceive yourself as incapable of singing well, anytime someone is singing well, you will be jealous of that person. Yet, this jealousy will be activated only when you desire to sing. If there is no desire to sing, the frozen thought of jealousy will remain numb. Your desire to do something activates the unconscious belief of not being able to do it well. The point of jealousy is not really in the unconscious belief of not being able to do it. The point of jealousy resides in the unconscious belief of not being able to do it well.
On the conscious plane, you desire to sing. But, on the subconscious plane, you have a belief or a frozen thought that you cannot sing well. There is another contrast. If the person singing is not singing well, you will laugh or mock the person. This laughter or mockery is also jealousy in disguise. In reality you are laughing at and you are mocking yourself by projecting your condition in the person. What does this mean? This means that the laughter or mockery is what you fear that people will do to you if you dare to sing. So what you fear people will do to you, you jealously laugh it out or mock it out.
The student: What causes this perception of me as incapable of singing well or doing something well?
Teacher Alain: Something happened to you in the past, where you were put down, or insulted, or humiliated. This could be since you were a child. The hurt created the perception. Because you reminded yourself of the hurt so many times, it became a way to perceive yourself.
Student: Now, what could one do to eliminate jealousy?
Teacher Alain: The solution is very simple. You simply have to walk backward in mind. To create this jealousy in your soul, you followed this pattern:
· You turn a painful event into a perception · You turn the perception into a frozen thought · The frozen thought became a belief in your subconscious mind · This subconscious belief is triggered by something you desire to do well Now, you have to go backward. You can only destroy one belief with another belief. You cannot only deactivate am unwanted program with another program. Only similarities could affect each other. You have to create another belief.
Student: How do I create this new belief?
Teacher Alain: Your first belief of jealousy was created because it was born out of a real lifetime event. The event was painful or hurtful in nature. Because it was a real event, it gave birth to a belief in a short period of time. Not only this belief was quickly created, it also quickly crystallizes because humans love to recall their pain, remember it, and rehearsal it in consciousness. You have to do the same with the new belief. You have to create it through real lifetime event.
Student: What must I do?
Teacher Alain: You have to do what was not done to you. You have to begin to appreciate. However, this appreciation will not be authentic unless you let go of the desire to do what it is that you desire to do well, for some period of time.
Why? Remember what I said: “this jealousy will be activated only when you desire to sing. If there is no desire to sing, the frozen thought of jealousy will remain numb. “Numb” means emotionless or with-no-energy”. Your desire to do something activates the unconscious belief of not being able to do it well.”
Let go of the desire. Act as though you don’t want the desire. Become desire-less. From this place of desire-less-ness, you must create the event of appreciation. Find people who are manifesting this very desire you consciously deny yourself. Learn to say your appreciation to them, send them flowers, send them cards, but make sure you voice it more than anything.
This will not be easy unless you first let go of the original desire in yourself, since it is been stained with a negative perception anyway. You cannot blossom in impurity. It’s spoiled. So let it go. As you begin to add this value (appreciate) others until the desire to do it for yourself is fully gone, a magic happens.
Suddenly, a brand new desire emerges like a thief in the night, so pure, so original, and so clean like a fresh stream of energy to overtake you. Jealousy is no more. Love has returned home with a new belief that there is only one stream of goodness available to all; and we come into contact with it by giving it to others.

December 25, 2012 an easy 17 mile meditative run, “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”
On the eve of 12-21-12 I had a dream in which I saw both the sun and the moon sitting in space. I thought I was looking at it from the earth but I realized, the sun was not shining, only glowing in space and the moon was huuuuge in comparison to the sun. Also the moon was not reflecting the sun the way it would from the earth but rather I could see the moons pores and it was greyish purple as the sun hit it. I was fascinated by and drawn to the moon but I felt it was mutual. The moon was alive and I could feel that it was drawn to me as well. It became so overwhelming that I then got scared and looked down to realize I was one small existence sitting on the ceiling in the back seat of my own car, only there was a childs car seat in there and I heard a voice inside say"thats your body, grab it" then I grabbed the seat belt and wrapped it around the car seat then held onto it so that I would not be sucked up to where the moon was. Then I woke up in my room where it was dark and I closed my eyes again and there was a white light shinning into my forehead so bright so I stretched my hand out before me to block out whatever this light was and I opened my eyes to see what it was and saw that my room was pitch black and I closed my eyes again to go to bed and saw the light dimming until I could no longer see it. any ideas?
Prayer and the company of holy men. You cannot get rid of an ailment without the help of a physician. But it is not enough to be in the company of religious people only for a day. You should constantly seek it, for the disease has become chronic. Again, you can't understand the pulse rightly unless you live with a physician. One must live in holy company and pray unceasingly. One should weep for God. When the impurities of the mind are thus washed away, one realizes God. The mind is like a needle covered with mud, and God is like a magnet. The needle cannot be united with the magnet unless it is free from mud. Tears wash away the mud, which is nothing but lust, anger, greed, and other evil tendencies, and the inclination to worldly enjoyments as well. As soon as the mud is washed away, the magnet attracts the needle, that is to say, man realizes God. Only the pure in heart see God.
The nearer you come to God, the more you feel peace. Peace, peace, peace, supreme peace! The nearer you come to the Ganges, the more you feel its coolness. You will feel completely soothed when you plunge into the river.
